“The fire alarms were being tested in my apartment complex today, so I frantically came here for a day pass and had such a great experience, I plan on returning tomorrow! The space is modern, the WiFi is speedy, the bathroom has dog wallpaper (plus there was an actual dog in the building) and everyone I met - staff included - was super friendly. “I have been sending my son to this daycare since he was just 10 months old, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff at this facility is incredibly friendly and sweet, and even those who are not his assigned teacher always greet him by name with a warm smile. It's a small gesture that makes a big difference. One of the things that impressed me the most was how well they accommodated my son's dairy allergy. They took it seriously and made sure he had safe and appropriate meals and snacks. It gave me peace of mind knowing that they were attentive to his dietary needs. Throughout his time at the daycare, my child has had the opportunity to interact with teachers from the baby sharks to the dolphins group, and all of them have been fantastic. They genuinely care about the children in their care and create a nurturing and stimulating environment. As a parent who works from home, I initially felt guilty about sending my child to daycare. However, seeing how excited he is to go to school every day has reassured me that I made the right decision. He comes home happy, and engaged. “Easy access to I-45, well marked placards to find the parking garage. The parking garage has many E-Car charging stations, very eco friendly. Helpful people along the way, super friendly and knowledgeable. The conference rooms were clean and comfortable. Big green clean campus. The wait music was unpleasant for sensory sensitive neurodivergent people (was supposed to be uplifting). Recommend a low sensory orientation for neurodivergent people or suggest noise cancelling headphones). Information in transitions book could have included online platform, Blackboard/Moodle/D2L or what have you. Snacks in the swag bag would have been nice as 8 a.m. meeting is early.”
