Our kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program, Gracie Bullyproof, is designed to help children ages 3-12 develop confidence and character while learning valuable self-defense techniques. For adults, we offer Gracie Combatives, a beginner program that teaches the core techniques of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in a safe and cooperative environment.
