"Horrible. Manager is worthless, car detail was 80% after 6 hours of keeping the car. My mother points out all the things they half cleaned or ddnt clean at all, fast forward 1 hr, the manager says “pay full price or I’ll call the police”. After a long verbal dispute she says “ what do you even want?” Maybe an apology? $5 off of the $130 ?? She stated that it ddnt matter that we had to wait as long as it’s eventually done. Wow. Lady acting like only her time is worth money. Never again."

"I am reading all these wonderful reviews...and it’s because of these great reviews which prompted me to give Super Clean a call for their services. I hired them to clean my small 1 bedroom, 1 bath (700 sq ft) apartment. They weren’t able to physically go to my apartment and provide an estimate, but they told me (over the phone) that it would be $180. At first I thought it was quite a bit of money for just a small apartment, but I was advised that it would be a deep clean...so I expected a deep clean. Unfortunately, when I came home to see my apartment, it wasn’t as “deep” of a clean as I thought it would be. Now, I don’t know if cleaning the refrigerator isn’t part of it, but if it is...they didn’t touch it. There were multiple coffee stains on my kitchen floor. My washer and dryer were filthy. My bathroom mirror was dirty and spotted. My area rug was not vacuumed. I was just completely disappointed. I thought, “Wow. $180 for this? Never again.” I regret it. What happened Super Clean?"

"i had been looking for services to clean my home and i decided to go with Super Clean and i was amazed at the job they did on my home. the manager and a supervisor came by and gave me an estimate which was a great price. i liked their service so much i signed a six month contract and i expect to give them business as long as they are in business. out of 1thru ten i give them a 10."
