"Just a heads up to all the future customers looking to come here, you have only 48 hours to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Made the appointment well over a month ago so I forgotten all about it. They will send out a reminder (text/email) but keep in mind they will send the reminder AFTER the 48 hour period so you won't have ample time to cancel your appointment if you forgotten about it. I responded 3 hours too late so they charged me $120 right away. Things would be a little different if they use their reminder to remind you maybe a few days before the appointment or at least a couple hours before the 48-hr grace period. Not everyone can respond within 30 minutes to an hour to cancel an appointment you've made. Especially if the reminder is at 7pm on a weeknight. In my situation/perspective, I work 9:30-7:30pm every day most times getting off at 8pm. I'm completely unaware of my appointment for this week at the moment. I'm not on my phone because I'm usually getting ready to close and clean the shop. I head straight home and shower and dinner right away. By the time I check my phone it's already 10pm so I respond to the text they tell me to contact to cancel my appointment. They first said sure and then they just ended up charging me right away. So regardless of the situation, I wouldn't have been able to cancel my appointment. Their reminder system is flawed and unfair. Yes it is our responsibility to remember the appointment but if you have a courtesy reminder system (which they do), it is YOUR responsibility also to remind the people AHEAD of time. Not AFTER. It's just not fair if you remind people right at the 48 hour mark or after the 48 hour mark. Because if you forget your appointment, you won't have enough time to cancel in most cases since their grace period is only 30 minutes to an hour."
