"I went with my brother to pick up something that he needed to fix a crack. The website said they close at 1 p.m . We got there with 20 minutes to spare. As he was getting out of the vehicle and heading to the door. They lock it and close the door. I mean come on we had 20 minutes to spare. I would've figured customer service would mean alot to them but I guess not. They're employees are more worried about getting home then helping out a customer"
"They say they close at one. Got there with 30 minutes to spare. Was walking towards the door and they close done seeing me. Mist say that's very disappointing. I really needed to get some glue to fix a crack. Must say if this is their way of giving customer service, i think they failed big time."
