Dr. Amy Stockhausen
Dr. Amy Stockhausen is a dedicated pediatrician located at 4443 North Josey Lane, Suite 160 in Carrollton, Texas. With over 20 years of experience in pediatric practice, Dr. Stockhausen has a passion for providing comprehensive care for children of all ages. She obtained her Bachelor of Science with Honors from Marquette University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison before attending the University of Wisconsin Medical School. After completing her pediatrics residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics, she practiced in Manitowoc, WI for 15 years before joining the University of Wisconsin as an Associate Professor of Pediatrics. Dr. Stockhausen has special interests in early infancy, family bonding, child development, medically complex children, and the care of asthma and allergies. She believes in a shared decision-making model with families to determine the best course of action tailored to each individual child. As the primary care physician for medically complex children, she assists with coordination of specialty care and community resources.
