"Worst subway sandwich I’ve ever eaten. The bread was old and it barely had anything on it! They literally gave me one piece of meat per serving on a club sandwich!! Smh Subway on 50th and University is the best!"

"I love Subway but I love it better when my order is done right I ordered online and they messed up our sandwiches. I don’t know it frustrates me because when I’m ready to sit down and eat I’m hoping and I’m trusting that my food is done right it was all messed up. I called them I let them know, they told me to go back up there and they would switch out the food that we already ate with some new ones but why would I drive back when I’m home already wow!! I should have known better than to order from a different store 2515 82nd is my store and they never fail me!! Shout out to them!!"

"Frustrating! Picked up an order to go. Got home and found one of the subs made incorrectly. Staff was pretty rude about having to remake the mistake. While chewing, felt something off and pulled this bundle of joy out of my mouth. Absolutely disgusting."

"We went to the brand new location on 114th and Quaker. I would wait 6 months or so before going to this location. It is too new and the sandwich artists need better training. We placed the order on the app and it was canceled twice so I called and the lady tells me they canceled it because they had no bread. I asked if they had bread now and she said so we went to the store. The bread wasn't ready for another 7 minutes so we waited. The lady tells us that we can put the order through the app again or they can make from the slip. I said to go ahead from the slip. When we go to pay it for our order, instead of using the amount from the app which was $46.26, they ring it up again and it was $69. I remind them of the rewards from the app and the lady tells me that she said that I need to do it through the app to get the rewards. She never said that. All of our sandwiches were double meat except for one and none had double meat. In fact there was barely the normal meat. I would wait about 6 months or so of them being open to work out all the k8nks and hopefully get better training. I think they need to go to the 98th Street location and get more training. That is where we will go in the future since that is the one we usually go to."

"Honestly, the food real good! On the down side, there was a hair in both my wife’s and I’s sandwich….and both the hairs were somewhat curly, so it came from the same girl."
