"Got my pcp to send over my referral so I can see the Obgyn I call them they say they have it confirm my name and everything then ask if I’d like to schedule an appointment I say yes so I get transferred then that lady tells me I need to go to my pcp get a referral and I responded telling her that I have done it already and the lady yusinya has confirmed with me she proceeded to argue with me mind you I’m pregnant and stress is extremely harmful for an unborn baby and a pregnant women I just want to get an update on my baby and these people are making it so difficult for me after I have done everything they asked me with no fight at the end of the call she had the audacity to say we made a mistake and thought someone else’s information was yours but there is nothing we can do for you I’m literally done with this doctors office the staff is and has always been insane I do love George Cajas he is so amazing he’s the only reason I stayed here all these years his staff needs to be adjusted tremendously"

"I have heard these doctors are great but their staff is so lazy and rude is simply isn't worth the trouble. As the previous review states children are not welcome there. When it comes to putting forth effort to verify insurance, etc they simply aren't willing to go to any effort above and beyond a bare minimum. Again, these doctors may be stellar but their staff is so crappy it just turns into a big waste of time. Go somewhere else."

"** AVOID ** I attempted to have my 1st appoint at New Beginnings. I made a 9am appt (Early to avoid the rush) The waiting room was beyond tiny, overheated with no AC. I was there EARLY as they requested, filled out forms and waited. And waited....After 45 mins sitting in a cramped area, I was asked back. BP taken and a urine sample ( I was there only for consult - nothing else) The urine specimen wall holder was so full... specimens were falling over..10-15 were stuffed in there. I was then asked to go back out to wait....I waited another 20 mins....No call back. I was there over an hour waiting. I finally walked out. The feeling was like that in a puppy mill. Women in....women out...no care or concern on any of the staff faces. I would not take my pets to this place. AVOID!!!!"
