“I had my Land Cruiser serviced for rack and pinion steering replacement by Steve and Rehan at Sure Tech Auto. I am impressed by their honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. Steve provided me with a detailed explanation of what repairs were needed and why, and was happy to answer any questions I had. One thing that stood out to me was that my truck had quite a bit of rust (a 21 year old car mostly driven up north), but Steve and his mechanics were able to work with it and completed the repairs without any issues. They took the time to ensure that the repairs were done properly and that my truck was safe to drive. Overall, I had a great experience with Steve and Rehan and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and honest mechanic. Thanks again for your hard work!”

“We used Danny's earlier this month when the check engine light came on in our Honda. The problem was bad enough that we had to have the vehicle towed, but Greg was great about letting us know when they got our van, what problems they found, possible options on repair, and sent us pictures of some of what they were looking at. I had even called him a couple of times with questions but really didn't need to - he was that good about keeping us updated. The night we decided on where to have it looked at we tried to find somewhere close to our area that had good reviews, and are very glad we decided on here. Definitely will be using them in the future.”

While there was some confusion with the Lincoln side to pick up my car, once Daren got it he made everything such a great experience! I asked them to see what needed to be done with a/c, and to look at other issues needing work, to prioritize those needs, and to call me with prices. I also let them know I need the car to be highway safe/ready. I received calls giving me info of the needs of the car, prioritized the importance, and cost/ approximations ( for repairs I will do later). I was happy with the results I received with the work done on the car and with knowledge of what to be planning to address. The information all seemed accurate with what I was experiencing with the car. I was extremely happy with the fact that I felt Richard and Gary Don listened to my concerns, got back to me with information requested and treated me very respectfully as a customer.”

I ended up taking my car someplace else simply because the turn around time for a diagnostic for my issue was 3-4 weeks out which didn't work with my warranty plan coverage on my rental but I would definitely come back for another issue...”
