“Came home to a hot house on a Sunday afternoon! Called Above and Beyond. Cayla was very nice and said GM would call in 30 minutes. He called in less than 5 minutes with an estimated arrival time for technician. Technician, Gerald, texted to let me know his status and showed up when expected. Gerald was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose problem and fixed it right away. He showed me how to keep unit clean and what to look out for in the future. Gerald was excellent! I am very grateful for his prompt service. I highly recommend Above and Beyond!”

“I called Mark last night at 8pm and thankfully he answered and came right over after finishing a job!! We just moved into a new rental house this week and our AC froze over. The AC wasn't working well when we moved in and asked our landlord to look at it. We turned it down to a reasonable temperature but by the time the AC company came, it was frozen. They turned off the unit and let it thaw and it turned back on just fine. They said it was going to go out again and they were replacing it the next day and we needed to pay half because we broke it and they would contact their lawyer. We were in a panic and needed someone to take pictures of the AC before they removed it and all the evidence was gone! Mark was so kind and said I could take pictures myself to save money, but I asked that he come out since I did not know what I was looking at. He took great photos and wrote up a report for me. He explained everything that was wrong with the 15 year old system and showed how rusty the coils were which would have caused the system to freeze over. Mark really made me feel much better since I had an expert’s opinion. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and honest. His prices were very reasonable especially for coming on such short notice late at night. I would definitely recommend.”

I had a leak (rat or mouse chewed the water PVC pipe) and Dan came over on a Sunday, and patched the leaking PVC pipe. He installed a new door & screen door, attic ladder, bathroom support handle, installed several ceiling fans, replaced tiles in my dining room floor. He works fast, gives good estimates, trustworthy, emails me receipts, and communicates well. He is my "Go To Guy", when I need things fixed, at my home or at my rental homes.”

I know enough about cars that when someone starts trying to upsell things to me that I know I don’t need, it’s a turn off. These guys are so honest and they don’t try to take advantage of us. I drive 2 hours and 45 min to come here for my oil changes because I live in a small town about 160 miles away. It’s affordable and they make my husband and I feel comfortable. “Chris & team always do a thorough job and take care of their customers. Have had very good history in taking multiple cars to Chris. Most recently our Ford Escape which was having intermittent stalling issues in idle. Google research showed this was a common problem but one dealerships and other repair shops had a very difficult time accurately diagnosing. Chris examined the car a couple of times, all the while doing extensive research to ensure he had the best solution before deep diving into a repair. Once he felt he had the solution, he called to explain his plan and get my approval. We went ahead with it and so far the car has been performing perfectly.
