"They usually have a tool you need and some extras you didn't know you needed. Ha! The only thing I would say is their tools aren't the best but it certainly is, you get what you pay for. Some of their line of tools aren't to bad so it just depends on what you're using it for. I would definitely recommend them especially if you're on a budget. I would say to read the reviews especially on things like power tools and pneumatic tools etc."
"Excellent customer service experience for me. I came to exchange an ICON ratchet purchased two days earlier at a different location on a day when 20% discounts for ICON tools were available. Realizing a day after purchase that I purchased the wrong one, I returned to this location because they had the item I needed. The store manager allowed the exchange to occur and honored the 20% discount to apply to the ratchet exchanged for. I can highly recommend this store and its personnel!"
