“Somehow, Nelson and Dorian were able to show up within an hour of my call, which was spurred by a kitchen sink that wouldn’t drain at all and the pipes dripping beneath. They immediately recommended a different piping setup underneath the sink and got to work. They unclogged, restructured, and literally made the kitchen sink better than before. I happened to ask about how I’d fix a toilet that seemed to run constantly - it was almost 8PM - but they immediately jumped on that too. Especially given the recent freeze and deluge of work, and that our baby makes us very dependent on our kitchen sink, we so appreciate their cheerful professionalism and quick work.
