“Great experience with Imperial Plumbing. Toby was our plumber and he was prompt and very friendly. He thoroughly explained the issue and what our options were, showing me along the way exactly what he was talking about and what the pricing would be for the different options. I forget the name of the gal I spoke with on the phone who scheduled my appointment, but she was most helpful. She was very friendly and also thoroughly explained the process (they'd been out once prior to our scheduling the work as they were initially dispatched by our home Warranty company who ultimately did not cover the issue and so we secured Imperial Plumbings services on our own accord). Seems like they have a great team all around and I'd highly recommend!”
