"The girl at the window had terrible customer service skills. Starbucks is usually a super friendly place with personable people working there. This girl gets 0 stars. Just stuck out the credit card machine and told me the total. Handed me my drink(hibiscus tea) that was so watered down it just tasted like mildy flavored water. It was not good. Didn't even finish it. Waste of 5 dollars, and i wish I could take back the tip that I left this impersonable young lady. When she handed me my drink, I said thank you and nothing from her. Just rude. Learn some people skills if you're going to work in the service industry, please."
"The workers here were friendly and fast. It only took about 5-10 minutes and that’s because there were other orders ahead of me. :)"
"The cheese isn’t melted it’s like stuck on the Pattie which has a really bad smell. You know when you have a frozen food , you put it in microwave and it has that frozen taste that’s how it tasted. Customer service needs improvement . I like the night shift employees, always get my drinks right and those are who I do give a tip."
"It should not take over 45 minutes from talking at the speaker to get our order. That’s absolute insanity. Is it sloths that work here?"
