"I've lived at these apartments for about 15 months now and I am happy to say I have re-signed my lease. Overall the apartments are quiet, and safe with a very peaceful atmosphere. The pools in the summer can get a little busy but there are many of them and they are all beautiful. There are perks like the study room and gym so if you're looking for a cozy place, this is it! The neighborhood is VERY pet friendly and there seems to be just enough parking for everyone. It's not perfect but I think these apartments are fairly priced and managed."

"Love this apartment. Been here for 3 years and I have enjoyed staying here a lot. It’s a safe neighborhood with several pools, activities and amenities next to a convenient shops, bars and restaurants I go to often. It’s also clean and very well maintained. They have incredible staff and crew that quickly resolve any complaint I have. Looking forward to staying here longer."

"I have lived here for 14 months and enjoyed my experience at the apartments. Great space for a good price, beautiful community and attentive staff. The location is perfect for any activity or food you need so I would absolutely recommend living here. When I first moved in I had some issues with appliances and the way the apartment was set up that weren't to my liking. I was disappointed for sure but after talking with the staff and putting in some maintenance requests I got new appliances and everything fixed within a few days and I haven't had any issues ever since."

"Jon S. has been helping repair several things in my apartment. He is friendly, quick, does a great job, and communicates if there will need to be follow up work. Great technician! Karla with the property management team and Minnie the maintenance coordinator have been great too with getting the repairs scheduled. 5 stars rating is for these 3 people only."

"I made sure to leave the apartment in impeccable condition, as evidenced by the photos I took. Despite this, I was disappointed when management found numerous trivial reasons to withhold my $1500 deposit. I want to alert prospective renters that, although they may promise the return of your deposit, my experience suggests otherwise. Be cautious when dealing with this apartment complex."
