“I went to Urban mattress this Thursday for the first time and encountered Lillie who as we spoke assisted me in understanding the various aspects of the mattresses Urban offers and the related adjustable bases . Lillie was both friendly and extremely good at communicating the merits of the mattresses in the store . She was a good listener and worked hard on finding a mattress that would be good for a person with a lower back issue . A day later I returned and met Shane the actual owner of the store and he was easy to talk to and has a wealth of knowledge on the mattresses in his store . It’s really cool that the friendliness of Shane and his staff make buying a mattress an enjoyable experience . One thing i could tell is that Urban Mattress really wants the customer to feel at home in the store and to feel good about the choice of the bedding selected . Shane was able to help me find an excellent mattress and adjustable base at a great price ! Free delivery and setup is icing on the cake . Looking forward to sleeping on the Tempur-lux Adapt and appreciate the excellent customer service I received from Shane and Lillie .”

“This was our first time using Smarter Homes and the service was more than fantastic! Peter himself - the business owner even offered to come and do the installation as well! Our appointment was the day the terrible ice storm hit, but Colter quickly put us back on track and scheduled us in for service immediately. Alex, the tech came over for a walk through for a hardwire install for our projector and knew exactly what was needed to be done. He even offered to install the projector to add to our service as well. The gentleman on the day of installation ended up fitting time for our hardwire AND projector installation. We were also having difficulty booking an electrician to install the ceiling outlet & they immediately had me on the phone with someone to come out. (They also kindly enough carved out the outlet hole for the electrician to save him some time!) We are very thrilled with the customer service by the company and 100/100 recommend them. We will definitely use them again for future services :)”
