“Just signed my second lease with Woodstone for another year. This is a gem of an apartment complex. Great location near nice neighborhoods, and only 10-15 minutes from downtown. Staff is helpful and works with you on lease renewal options and Martin, the maintenance guy, is a Saint. The apartments are clean and updated. No bugs and the area is really safe. Are you getting Domain-level luxury? No. But you’re getting an incredibly reasonably priced apartment with decent amenities, close to everything you could need. Main pros: location in general, price, clean/homey apartments, no bugs, safe area, parking is never a problem, staff is great, quick maintenance turnaround, residents are friendly and look out for each other. Main cons: people do not pick up after their dogs but management has been addressing it since it started being a problem, can sometimes be a little noisy, price did just go up (but where has it not in Austin?), need to do laundry at the shared facility. Overall phenomenal apartment complex. I really did not want to leave even with the price bump.”
