"Great food but horrible service, the lady and man got my orders wrong, which i didn't have a problem with, i ask them nicely to go fix it and the guy flipped out on me, saying i can't talk to them that way and i stood there in confusion on what i had done wrong and so did everyone else in my family, the man proceeded to lie to the cops saying i threw a snow cone at him when i didn't even have my snow cone in had and he was gonna refund us on.... i come to little elm park all the time with friends and family and always recommend it to people... but never have i been treated so rudely by the staff at this place and I'm highly disappointed in the way the man acted in front of everyone causing a scene for no reason. (note: they were messing up everyones order by the time we were waiting for our food, so i think i was just an easy target to take his anger out on)"
