Our goal is to bridge the gaps in support that young adults ages 15-26 receive as they enter adulthood, empowering them to make meaningful contributions to their communities and build strong families of their own. Foster children often fall behind academically when they move homes, with 50% never graduating high school. Change 1 advocates for these youth and works to strengthen families and communities. We support youth transitioning out of foster care, as well as those who work with them and the community at large.
