The building, modern and striking, adds to the ambiance. My family and I enjoyed orchestral performances by composers such as Beethoven and Mozart and we’re eager to return again soon.”

“This resort was first class! The room was recently updated and was so beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and bedding was perfect. I was there for a business meeting and even the buffet style food was delicious. I usually pass on buffets. I will definitely be back!”

“Wonderful experience coming very late from flight into Dallas that was delayed. Checking in was friendly and efficient. They gave me a nice corner room and the room had been prepped for me (e.g., blinds closed) and there was even a cake to celebrate my birthday with a hand written card (several weeks in advance, but I’ll take it!) The bar-restaurant food was typically amazing though very pricey, it’s my only small complaint. The breakfast in the club room is luxurious and beautiful. Great selection and very tasty. Kept in perfect shape by a hotel staff member. All in all, favorite hotel in Dallas by far.”

“The staff was super supportive from the time I drove up. The check in line was long when I walked in and the assistant Manager Josh Harris stepped up and got me checked in and even upgraded our room which was fantastic! It was very crowded at breakfast but they had all hands on deck cleaning tables including the hotel manager and assistant manager. This hotel has really steeped up. Much better than it was a few years ago. Will definitely be back.”

“Location was IT - close to so much shopping and restaurants. My favorite part about this hotel is the restaurant/bar area, service was amazing! Rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk was fast, efficient and very helpful. Wish breakfast was free BUT overall we enjoyed our stay!”

“Great hotel, comfortable rooms, excellent conference space. The food in the restaurant was excessively salty I could not finish the salmon or mashed potatoes. My dinner companion has similar issues with the Cajun pasta”

“Definitely stayed here for the location. Right on the canal. Short walking distance to some restaurants etc , got upgraded to a canal view with balcony and that has to be one of the better balcony’s I’ve had at a hotel - good size and they had those Adirondack chairs which are so comfortable , sadly the weather wasn’t great for our stay but those are a nice touch. I called to see if our room was ready early and they said yes and activated my mobile key but my door definitely didn’t have mobile key access even though the guy at the front desk swore it would. It did not. We also got a late checkout but starting at like 9:30am (twice) the housekeeping staff knocked on our door to see if we were leaving yet so they could clean (regular checkout is at 11am). Nice lobby, spacious. Didn’t have breakfast but they had a nice restaurant for it ($20 - something for breakfast). Enjoyed the workout room - lots of machines and equipment, kept clean. Had a pool but didn’t use it. The Room in places is definitely starting to show its age but overall the room is kept up and clean. Felt a little stiff from the bed but slept well - idk if just the pillows were too soft to the firm bed but just woke up a little stiff. The people next to us were playing music in their room at midnight which we could hear thru the connecting door but thankfully they turned it off shortly after midnight but def not super quiet rooms. Parking is free which is a bonus. Close to the airport if that’s needed. Overall had a good stay, just some minor things but we were just there for a night, so it worked well for what we needed.”

“The hotel was clean, the staff respected our privacy. Thank you to Mr. James Bryant for helping us take in all our luggage! I was not a fan of the door connecting our room to another one though, my girlfriends and I were just talking and laughing in the evening and our next door unit called security on us. I don’t feel like we got the price we paid for since our girls trip had to end at a certain hour to accommodate other people here.”

“I attended a banquet event and stayed the night. I was impressed with the fast service checking in and the beautiful lobby of the hotel. The banquet dinner was good. The food was delicious and served in a timely manner. The staff was truly outstanding and tried to accommodate the needs of the guests. The room was very clean and spacious. We had an amazing view, and the elevators were fast and eliminated long waiting times. Comfortable beds and the room service for breakfast were a bit pricey, but the food was great. Overall, it was a great experience.”

“I read some negative reviews, but decided to see for myself. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast with all the traditional options including omelets made to order. Happy hour every night at the bar with free drinks. The food at the bar was excellent. Easy access to the freeway. The pool could've been a little cleaner, but that wasn't a big deal to me. Exercise room open 24 hours. Room key was required to enter the hotel at night. I'd definitely stay there again.”

“The Majestic Theater lives up to its name. It is always a Regal experience inside this theater with Decades of History all around and the architecture and historical imagery really allows you to enjoy an evening in a theater experience. Although the only bathrooms are in the basement everything else is very accommodating and the staff here is always excellent. Going to a show at the Majestic Theater has a special feeling every time.”

“Take one look at their Instagram and you'll immediately see why Haute Floral is one of the most sought after florists in the area. They truly created floral art for my wedding! They answered all of my questions promptly and put up with me changing my mind on a few items here and there. Everyone was raving about my flowers, the centerpieces, etc. People were literally arguing over who could take the centerpieces home after the reception! My suggestion is to give them the vibes you're looking for with a few reference pics and see what kind of masterpieces they come up with! Thank you to this team for a wonderful job!”

“Oh my gosh! Where to start with this amazing hotel... My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this property for 4 nights about 2 weeks ago for an anniversary. We did not want to leave! While we were given an upgrade, the room was one of the largest rooms we have ever stayed in. I do not remember her name but the girl that checked us in was so accommodating and we were so grateful for the upgrade. We tried all of the restaurants and bars at this property including the rodeo bar (many times) city hall for breakfast each morning, the french room, pool bar and the coffee shop on the first floor. All were so unique and wonderful in different ways. Shout out to the French Room bar for making some of the best cocktails we have ever had! All of the staff working at this hotel was so kind, fun and helpful. The young girl and guy duo that were working at the pool bar on Friday evening towards closing time were so fun and gave us great tips on things to do while we were in Dallas. We very much enjoyed talking with them that evening. I noticed a lot of reviews mentioned the elevators not working and while our room was on the 22nd floor I was worried about this but we didn't have any issues with that either, all worked fine throughout the stay. I also had the pleasure of getting a spa service while I was there and that was great as well. I believe her name was Heather (I have to get better at remembering names while traveling) We very much look forward to returning to Dallas and more importantly staying at this hotel again in the near future!”
