“I recommend Copperhead. I got an estimate and hired them to install a transfer switch to allow me to use a generator if I lose power. (Which happens too often with Austin Energy) They are knowledgeable, personable, and more importantly, they follow through with what they say they will do. They keep you updated and informed throughout the process. There were some issues with parts and some changes that needed to be made, but they were quick to let me know and explain my options. Eduardo, Geraldo, and Alfonso are straight up good guys, hard workers, out making a living. I will use them again.”
