She completed her residency at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in El Paso and a fellowship at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Currently practicing at Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin, Ji specializes in the nutrition and growth of preterm infants. She is actively involved in various research projects and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Additionally, Ji serves as the medical director of the newborn nursery and neonatal intensive care unit at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center.
