"The only reason this complex is getting any stars at all is to be able to write this review. To start, The manager doesnt like doing her job if you have a complaint about any disturbance or rules being broken she tells you " well call the police, what do you want me to do about it?" She is arrogant and rude. She is disrespectful and if you have ever complained about anything she will have it out for you to the point she will call the tow truck on your vihecle even if you have a permit and are a resident. She does nothing about the residents that break the rules and drink and urinate in the parking area even during the day. I also know for a fact that she knows the man that is dealing drugs and the consumers. I called her to complain about a group one time and she called them directly and they moved out of sight. Now the apartments... well there is always something that isnt working and it takes day after reporting it for her to send someone and there are times you have to constantly be calling her to ask for it to be fixed. Cracks in the roof and there is always a leak even if you live downstairs. The ac/heater breaks so often, 4 times in less than a year. There are only 6 visitors parking spaces at the exit outside of the gate and the residents always park there so really nothing for visitors. I DO NOT reccomend this complex try to avoid it!!! They are over priced honestly the should be demolished!!!"

"Horrible place to live! Should be deemed a Health Hazard! Bed bugs, roaches, can't flush to down toilet, maintenance never fixes anything. I see apartments with cracked windows this one has 2 cracked they won't fix. Always makes excuses. Never parking and no visitors parking, but 6 spots by the exit that tenants end up using."
