"If I could post 10 Stars I would. I can't say enough good things about Dr Cowan and her staff. Dr Cowan is kind, patient, personable and brilliant. She took the time to listen to me, the whole person, rather than just treating my images/physical issues. She really understood my concerns, and my need to resume my active lifestyle, after I had experienced debilitating pain for months. She worked with me to come up with solutions to my complex back/spine issue with minimally invasive options. Everyone at the Surgical Center is amazing as well - from the desk personnel, nurses, technicians, support staff, etc. They were comforting, caring and made a stressful procedure as pleasant as possible. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Cowan and her staff. If you've been everywhere else with no relief, please go see Dr Cowan!"
"Not sure where in Texas she is . But she was in Arkansas . I saw her for 2 years great great dr . Very caring. Sweet lady. I would move to Texas for her to take of me. . Tell her your issues when you see her she will try to help"
"I told her that I had a bad experience with serotonin syndrome and she prescribed nortriptyline anyway. She conned me into an epidural steroid injection which I have had 7 times before. Same results. No change in my pain levels. Then she wants to charge me another 25 dollars to talk to me on the phone. Do yourself a favor and find a dr who hears you."
