"My complaint is with their cancellation policy. Not only did they not have the ability to take stairs up to the room to accommodate individuals who are claustrophobic, they charged for all 5 days when I did not stay at the hotel. I was willing to pay for one night cancellation fee but not only did they not accommodate, they charged for the entire stay and would not refund 4 nights. There was another individual with cancellation issues as well. Avoid this hotel, poor customer service!"

"My complaint is with. The Cancelation policies . Our Coach Reserved rooms for our families for our kids game the following day. Ask we were traveling. To Houston We were told that games Where canceled. And now holiday inn will not refund money's We had no control of cancel games. Bottom line is youth programs and not welcomed in holiday in. I am connected with several youth programs. And I will pass the word that holiday inns are not to be booked. Amber Powell"

"I’ve stayed here before. But this time was extremely different. A few new faces but an extreme change in the quality of service. The restaurant server (Hannah) made my entire day with her generosity, her patience, and her energy! The Front house staff, Jamshi Olga and Cassandra should never be replaced ! Hospitality is Everything • ENERGY Matters"

"Rooms are good but every time ants visits the room as companion and no proper cleaning and maintenance-owing to that I suffered a lot ,I got ant bites and when we approached the management no response from the hotels. Staffs at service are careless and every time we need to walk to reception. It's not the regular ihg hotels that you will except their service. Only location is posch and calm."

"My family and I come to Houston once a year for summer to visit family. I wanted to point one thing out ,and that is the young lady up at the front desk. Cassandra is her name, she was the most pleasant and helpful of all employees we interacted with at this hotel. She recommended places to eat, maybe places to visit, she interacted with my children making them feel involved. For summer vacation to have such pleasant people to greet you in and make you feel welcome, we were just at ease and happy we decided to stay here again .We have stayed he before, last summer, and the staff was not as helpful or even friendly. Give this girl a thumbs up. As for the rooms they were clean and nice, enough for us to want to come back. Thank you"
