"We have lived in Lubbock for about 8 months and we eat out a lot. This restaurant has been the friendliest service and we love the atmosphere. Highly recommend ! Bryan, one of the managers there is our favorite ! So friendly and helpful !"
"We ordered drinks and food , my wife got her food and I ordered ground beef stuffed pepper and discovered it was chicken only after my wife had almost finished her food, the waiter was told and offered to make my plate over I agreed, now I get my food and now my wife is finished with her food. The manager brings me a to go tray. The more I think about it the more upset I got, I refused to take my food home and left hungry and still payed for both plates. Manager never offered to comp my plate. I told my wife I'm old school and believe you should get what you pay for. Will not be going back to this location again, we have been going to the milwaukee location for several years and have never had an issue. Will be looking around for other restaurants in future suggest you do the same."
"The restaurant lay out is a very open floorplan almost utilitarian in style. The floor is linoleum, the ceilings are very high there is no sound dampening and so it is extremely noisy. The menu was printed on a single sheet of paper and very limited. Service was excellent. And the taquitos were excellent. But the atmosphere is very poor. And that destroyed my enjoyment of my meal."
"Everything about this is AMAZING. food was excellent. its like god personally blessed my taste buds with this food. The service there was OUT OF THIS WORLD. they treated like one of their own. I felt bad because of the servers had pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis so it just goes to show how diverse this restaurant chain is and the best place on this earth. Thank you for being bestowed upon this planet and i wish this restaurant the best of wishes."
