ReStore Habitat For Humanity is a furniture store, general contractor, and home goods store located at 3822 Frisco Road in Sherman, Texas. Our mission is to keep items out of landfills and build homes for low-income families. To celebrate Earth Day, our Habitat for Humanity ReStore truck will be accepting donations on Saturday, April 20 from 9:00-4:00 at the Texoma Earth Day Festival at Kidd-Key Park. The festival is a free community event where you can learn practical ways to reduce your environmental impact. Our ReStore is open every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You can find us off of Texoma Parkway, turning east on the road between Enterprise Rental Cars and KXII Studios. We are located one-quarter of a mile south on the right side of the street.

The Temple Center at Austin College is a university located at 618 North Grand Avenue in Sherman, Texas, United States. The Temple Learning Center at Thompson House serves as the "home" for the Austin Teacher Program, thanks to a generous grant from the David E. and Cassie L. Temple Foundation of Tulsa, Oklahoma. The historic home, built in 1895 by Captain John M. Thompson, offers technology and resources for the training of elementary and secondary teachers. Donated to Austin College in 1943 by Hoxie Thompson, the Victorian house features period reception and seminar rooms, modern offices, and state-of-the-art classrooms. Hannah Natatorium, located at 1105 East Brockett Street in Sherman, Texas, is a versatile facility designed for the college community. Generously donated by David and Catherine Hannah of Houston, this state-of-the-art competition-level pool features a seated balcony for spectators and serves as the home base for the Austin College swimming and diving teams as well as water polo teams. The natatorium also offers separate dressing rooms for men and women, as well as a staff office for administrative purposes.
