“Great experience! I needed to get some passport photos taken for my renewal. It started off rocky at first as no one was at the front to greet me but (I believe her name was Abby but I’m so sorry if its not) the travel agent in the front got up from her desk to welcome me and asked me what I needed. I let her know i needed some passport photos and she directed me to a desk where she took my photos. She was very friendly and hospitable and we chatted while waiting for the printer. After I got the photos she dropped me off to the front desk where I was introduced to “Z” or Zelphia. She was a sweetheart and gave me tons of maps to Houston since im new to the area and a bunch of tips. It was my first time going into a AAA office for anything and I was really impressed. Well worth the annual fee.”
