“I found S&S after looking for local repair shops on google. I wanted to find some place where I could sit down and discuss my PC issues face to face. I brought in my MSI laptop because it had an inflated battery and a broken GPU fan that was making a TON of noise. I came in and they were absolutely as friendly as can be. They brought me to the back room and we opened up my laptop. Even as they were doing the diagnosis we just started chatting. They've been a local business for several years now and continue to do it because its what they love! Within 20 minutes, we ordered a new battery and a new fan and had my laptop put back together. Couple weeks later I got a call from them that my parts were in and I headed on over. Walking in, they met me like an old friend. Within 30 minutes we replaced the parts and I was on my way! I highly recommend S&S! They're a local shop that enjoys getting to know their customer. If I have any issues in the future or even want to build a new PC entirely, I know I'll being coming back here!”

I have a small form factor computer I built and the wiring and everything in there was packed in a very complicated way for me to unplug and redo. They found out it was a wire issue, flashed the bios, and he fixed everything within 2 days. It was not super expensive either!”

They have such a friendly staff and the owner is amazing. This is a family owned business and I never have to worry that they are trying to sell parts that I really don't need. “I was having issues with my charger not staying in the charging port and charging my phone. Looked and called around to different places. Saw on Google that this place was down the street from me. Went in and told them my issue, they looked at it and test their charger then mines. Said to give them a second and they would clean the port for me. They did a quick deep clean and now it works perfectly. Didn't even charge me! Even after I offered to pay.”

“GE dishwasher stopped working, no power no lights. I called and they came out the following day. Sergio is professional and quick and repaired the dishwasher within a half an hour and it worked for about 20 days. Unfortunately the same issue happened again. I called and Sergio came back within a couple of days and fixed it no charge, Sergio identified a faulty connection and repaired it. I had also identified a leak somewhere behind the dishwasher. Sergio pulled the dishwasher out and found it was a bad drainage hose. I told him I could repair it myself and did so. He did not charge me for finding the leak. I would use them again.”

Everyone working was friendly and helpful and I will definitely be returning for any repair needs I may have in the future.”

“My son has just taken a trial class here and he is a fan! The ‘Ninja Sensei’ who took him through a game development module (Scratch coding) was fantastic. We will surely have him join soon. Although a start-up they have a very well planned curriculum that keeps kids motivated at various levels with games, color coded bands, quiz competitions and progress on common screens. James, the facility manager here is very patient and went through all aspects of curriculum thoroughly. Going up to the highest belt is a 2-3 year commitment as each level is about 3 months long. Whatever your child’s level of involvement, they will come out appreciating their video games logic a lot more!”
