"THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! They informed me about any questions that i had in regards to obtaining a new policy. I'm considering of changing my insurance provider and Raelynn has outstanding customer service and was very nice. I currently have Geico but it's a little steep in price. Raelynn gave me all of the prices if i were to change my provider. She was great, i highly recommend her services!!! I am definitely going to speak to my spouse about going to Raelynn so she can handle the changes i am going to have."

"So the agents at AI are awesome. I gave them a 3 because of Aspen Insurance. This is the company they set my ex husband with and they are a scam. 6 weeks and they ignore his calls and the body shops calls. They are rude. The body shop has never heard of them and they have received zero response to their emails, faxes or phone calls. His car is still broken after sitting at the body shop for a week with no work being done because Aspen refuses to communicate with them. Stay away from Aspen insurance. Aka Aspen MGA. SCAM ALERT!"

"The lady who works there as of 7-1-18 has no aspiration of customer service. You can go in looking for help on your policy and she has an attitude that you're there bothering her. With noone there she still will put no effort into helping you look into changing a policy. Every question is met with a quick no cant br done or a "itll have be done another day". When you call that day she leaves you on hold for long periods of time without ever checking back. I wish the two girls who were there previous where still there they knew who you where when you called and did everything to try and help. This lady is just horrible at her job. I'll definitely be going to another company after this month."
