"I’ll say that it’s always clean and all of that. HOWEVER, it is run by teenagers on the weekends without a member of management, so when something needs to be handled outside of their rules, they get snippy and snotty and can’t do anything at all to help you. I’ve also found that a place that brags about its accolades in inclusivity sure draws as much attention to certain disabilities as possible. I’m disappointed. We thought this place would be one of love and accommodation, instead I took my son home in tears. Don’t expect any compassion or care. It’s become like any other business where you feel disposable."
"This is a review for the Pool only. We were at the pool and wanted to play and have some fun, until we found out that the sprinklers and water slides were all shut off. We asked the life guards and they said "The water must reach a minimum of 70F". The water was measured then and they said it was 72F. We waited for 30 more minutes and still no slides/sprinklers. There was a grandma with her grandchildren that claimed that they have driven here for 1:30Hours just for the slides/sprinklers zone. Very Sad."
