“Had used the place once a long time ago and did not like the vet that I worked with, can't remember why I didn't like her. This time was somewhat of an emergency and couldn't use my regular vet, needed euthanasia, and would have been cruel to wait till after Christmas, didn't like to pay half in advance, but understand with the way people are these days, arrived at a new location for them, I think, placed in room, different vet than before, she examined groucho, and agreed with the situation and gave us the time we needed, she and the staff were very nice and professional, considering why we were there, it was a positive review. I want to add that as a first responder, myself, people don't think about vets in the same way, but they deal with the death of innocents, multiple times per day, and I recently learned the suicide rates for that profession, is equal to that of first responders for humans, just something to think about.”
