“The customer service at Gerber Collision was great and so far their work has been too. They called me twice a week to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle or lack thereof. They did have my vehicle for three months but that was not all their fault. They were waiting on parts. When I picked it up the air conditioner was not blowing cold but they were able to get that fixed quickly. I would send another vehicle to get fixed by them.”

She was so friendly and super knowledgeable. She’s clearly passionate about her job and a perfectionist. Who doesn’t want a perfectionist working on their car? My car was finished very quickly and was in pristine shape. They also gave it a good clean for me! Sherry was great at communication all along the way as well; I was never left wondering about timelines or statuses. “Our battery was dead after coming out of the doctor's office ( same battery of 5 years. ) We waited for the tow truck to come and jump it so we were able to take it to the Ford dealership. Called Brent and he said bring it right over. Thank you for squeezing us in and taking great care of us. Brent kept us informed every step of the way showing us how much it would be ahead of time telling us how long it would be. Only went over the time for getting it completed by half hour but you got to consider. They squeezed us in on this day, knowing we had to have a battery. amazing staff! So friendly. The girls who checked us out were also very fun and friendly. We love it here. We will bring the vehicle back very soon for the 60 service.”
