Established in 2007, Texas Wine Shop & Bistro started with a dream of creating a muscadine vineyard, which eventually led to the birth of Sarah's Vineyard on Carter Creek. Today, their 20-acre muscadine vineyard is the largest of its kind in Texas, serving as the source of grapes for their Jewels of the Forest line of wines that are vinted, cellared, and bottled right in Jasper.
