Houston Colosseum Academy is a premier gym and health institution located at 14929 Westpark Drive in Houston, Texas, United States. Our explosive and intense boxing and plyometric fitness workouts are combined with boxing techniques and combinations on the bag. At Houston Colosseum Academy, we offer split workouts with coordinated boxing combinations on the bags mixed with high intensity strength and conditioning workouts. You will experience a high intensity workout with multiple core boxing combinations on the bags, giving you the real feel of a 12 rounds Championship Fight! Our institution provides one of the most realistic boxing experiences with opponents as close as during a sparring session, focusing on speed, power, rhythm, timing, and accuracy.
Our Boxing Amateur Program is designed to introduce youth to the rigor of hard training and self-discipline while learning the fundamentals of boxing (ages 7 and up). We offer group training sessions with professional boxers and coaching staff, as well as access to personal training to help you reach your fitness goals. Our goal is to encourage our community that fitness is not temporary, it's a lifestyle! We strive to provide one of the most electrifying and unique fitness experiences at HCA.
Our founder, Jaime, is a sport enthusiast with a passion for various disciplines including running, biking, swimming, lifting, soccer, and boxing. With numerous marathons and Ironman races under his belt, Jaime continuously strives for new challenges. Our team of dedicated trainers including Sofia, Matthew, Coach Carmona, Jose, Shakeem Richardson, Coach Carla, and Demarcus are committed to helping you push yourself and reach your fitness goals.

Our facility is open Monday to Thursday from 5:00AM to 10:00AM and 1:30PM to 9:00PM. Come and experience the intensity and energy of our unique training programs at Houston Colosseum Academy!

"Great clean gym with a lot of classes to offer members of all ages. Members of the USA boxing academy & is a certified boxing school. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Full access membership includes all classes and kids are welcome.
