“My wife told me this story so I asked her to type it up for me so I could share it with everyone. So here it is... "I came as usual to get my car washed. After vacuuming the inside, my car would not start. I went to the oil change center to explain my situation, and without hesitation Cody Sell came out to try and jump my battery. It did not work so he retrieved another device and tried again. When his second attempt failed, he called another employee named Garrett Williams who left and returned with HIS TRUCK to try for a 3rd time to revive my battery. This time it worked!! Both gentlemen stood there explaining to me what could be the problem and what to do in each instance that they explained. To say that they went above and beyond to demonstrate a moment of care towards me is an understatement. I have been coming to this Toot'n Totum for 8 years for gas, car wash, oil change and inspection stickers...and THIS is the reason why. Neither of them knew who I was at the time of reaching out to help me. They were simply just being good employees and GOOD MEN! I am so impressed.
