"This place is awesome! I had my tires and rim/wheel to be replaced. Other places I called said they cannot do the work. I wanted original rim/wheel so I had purchased them off market. The Manager here promptly got the work done, they charged me nothing! Their service technicians were humble and really helpful! I would definitely recommend this place!"

"I went to this place because it had the highest ratings in my area. I could not have been more surprised and disappointed at the check in process and poor customer service. Does not work like a normal quick oil change place where you pull up and wait in line and wait for an attendant. You are supposed to park in front and go inside and fill out service request form. There was no basket to place the forms that I could see and one form was laying on the desk and then I just left mine on the clipboard. Some customer walked in after me and handed their form into a service technician that just walked in the door. I asked if that guy is now in front of me and others and he simply said I can put you in front of him, but would not have happened if I would not have said something. Just a very bad process with no one working the front desk to give you an estimate of how long it might be and make sure the wait line is controlled properly. The bar for customer service has been lowered so much and everyone's expectations are so low these days is the only possible reason this place could get the reviews it gets. What a shame, hire someone to work the front desk and step up your customer service, its not that hard. Some of us older mature adults still remember and expect a decent level of customer service. I left and refuse to support businesses like this."
