"Exceptional Service! - We just moved here from Houston and I was unsure of where to take my car in for a bulb replacement. I had seen good reviews on YELP stating that Heritage was fair and reputable. I am so glad that I stopped by. I spoke to Cody and he pulled my Prius into the garage right away and in less than 10 minutes the bulb was replaced and whats more! They didn't even charge me stating that the bulb was inexpensive and they were happy to do it for free! This kind of service is unheard of in this day and age. I will be returning there for more repairs as they have earned a customer."

"Horrible experience. Took vehicle here thinking they would do a good job, but I was wrong! First off they left the truck sit for over a week without touching it, (never told me they were busy or behind) but charged my ins that they started repair work on the day it was delivered; and had additional repairs that were not needed. The night we picked it up, they had paint all over window; which they did remove. The back taillight was not working & we weren't aware of this until that night. As it was the weekend & they were closed we had to replace. The next day the shock that was replaced wasn't bolted in properly and fell off as I'm driving down the highway. Then the new tire that was replaced, was damaged and the balancing weights were knocked out due to the shock. When I called them about the problems, they refused to send a tow truck to pick it up, I was told to strap the shock down and just drive it to us. Once we got it back to the shop, they did replace shock at their cost, but never fixed the balancing tire as they stated they did not have the machine to do that. REALLY????? you are a mechanic/body shop. The battery was dead due to sitting at the shop so long and they couldn't even turn it on occasionally. They refused to pay for that and refused to reimburse us for the taillight. They did offer to repair the damage to the paint that was their fault and the damage to the tire due to the shock, but we never returned it back to them as we were to afraid something else would be wrong with it once we got it back. Not only did we have to pay out of pocket, without offering to be reimbursed, but I also lost an entire day of work dealing with this. I will NEVER take my vehicle to this place nor will I EVER recommend it to anyone."

"Had a minor bumper repair on a new superduty truck. Dropped off the truck at 9:30 and it was done by 3:30. We are traveling so this was so helpful. I strongly recommend Jacob and Jason to help you with any repair needs. I will use them again if needed when traveling through Austin."
