“I was traveling through the area and my vehicle needed an oil change. It was very important to be done since I’m towing a 43 ft RV. I called on Thursday afternoon and was given an appointment for Friday morning I was greeted by Sheryl who was great. The service was done by Alphonso. When he was done he explained everything that was done and what the next service should include. “My check engine light came on took it to auto zone to see if they can tell me what it was I was told it was a part that was over $600 I called Richard and he told me we r going to start with small stuff first and sure enough the part auto zone told me it needed we didn't need to get saved me over $400 they are honest fast and very respectful Richard even called me the next day to make sure car was running ok. “After having such a terrible experience at the Odessa location I was driving back home and I saw I had enough time be for they closed the automotive center in big spring so I stopped by as much as I hater to walk in the last minute but I needed to get my oil change done. It’s like night and day with the staff super friendly I apologized for coming in so late the guys where súper understanding and put me at ease. They got my information check their inventory just to make sure they had the oil and guess what they did not have in in bulk but they had it on the shelf and got right on it I really appreciate the guys at big spring they are doing their very best and it shows. I will never return to the location in Odessa ever again.”
