"At the drive thru started to give my order. Was told to wait a minute. I waited as the person spoke Spanish for quite awhile to another worker. Our order was not correct. There wasn’t any beans in the beans and rice. Had to reorder the drinks The chicken strips were dry. I’m complaining this time because it’s not the first time they messed up, but it is the last time for me."
"Bad drive-through They forgot to put my mac & cheese in the bag . Had to go back for my Mac and when I got back the lady who pack the bag was saying something in Spanish . Almost if I was making it up . Made me feel uncomfortable. Asking for something I paid for . We paid over $60 I was only trying to get what we paid for . And trying to show my family from Florida a good time . Gave everyone in my car a headache trying to get Mac"
"My first time at Popeyes and it was good. Chicken has great taste, also the mashed potato, their mac n cheese is really good, also the biscuits with honey. The service was outstanding and restaurant was clean, also restroom was clean and didn't smell bad."
"Don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to after 4 consecutive times where I went where the pieces are laughably small. I kept on telling myself that maybe it was just that day where the pieces were small so I'd give them another chance a couple months later but nope same result everytime. In addition, there was one time where the location was having issues with their system being able to process mobile apps orders and a lady came in to pick up her order after prepaying without knowing this and they showed little care and ignored her. She essentially lost her money and did not get what she had even paid for. Now I try to avoid this location as much as humanely possible and advise others to do the same if they don't want to feel scammed of their money. Surprised this location hasn't been exposed already for this."
"We were greeted and attended to immediately when we arrived. The dining area was bright and clean, with a fun, colorful decor. The beverages & condiments were on a station in the dining area for serve-yourself & refills. The food was hot and enjoyable. The fried chicken tasted very good, as well as the Shrimp Po’Boy sandwich. You have a choice of sides (I like the corn or the mashed potatoes with Louisiana-style gravy). We enjoyed our visit here."
