"Stay away from this agent. She never speaks to her clients, ignores emails and over charges you when you are not looking. I am escalating this now to the CEO of Allstate and about to change insurance carriers after 37 years, because of my experience with her. I also just discovered through preliminary research, that Allstate has been notorious for adding young drivers to your policy without your consent and they have been sued. Buyer beware."
