"Best burgers in Houston.... BIG too. I know its a franchise type deal but i have never had a bad burger at any location and all feel locally owned. That being said they have been hiring teenagers to work the register recently so I cant say the customer service has been as great as it used to be. There used to be an older lady who worked the till and cleaned the tables. She was so nice, but i haven't seen her there in forever. so as a result only a 2 for service. But food quality is still great."

"First thing is if you are working so not go here for lunch you can't walk after. The burgers are huge. Be aware that the chicken sandwiches are made out of chicken tenders. I asked for curly fries and received regular when I brought it up his answer was "not getting the fries I wanted" so his answer wasn't customer service appropriate. Besides that I enjoyed and will go again."
