"First 6 mouth was good moment I renewed me leave not even a mouth note after note and now eviction now stuck trying find somewhere to go and wasn't planning on moving new magnement is very rude and all staffed want act slow when something goes wrong. A/c always going out every mouth and the community stay smelling like toilet wasted. Now want add new rules that not agree or on my lease. And manager and assistant manager now try slander my name with false accusations"

"This complex isn’t good the rules of the property is not right resident must pay for parking or keep own vehicles to his head, , every month they increase the parking fee. Right now i living in this complex. When we want to pay monthly rent lease office doesn’t accept the rent they said go pay online or go to Walmart and pay the complex account. If we paying from both options the charge two$ hahaha, all apartments has a lot of insects dishwasher doesn’t work every day i clean two times like mentions . above all we paying for reserves parking we living when we come back from work no parking I saw one reserved was empty I parked 1:30 am towed my car I went to the tow company and paid $281.19 hahaha we are residents now we want to move but the office told us to sign a fifty-page contract over the phone without reading in ten minutes , we have to stay till end of agreement without they want relating fee too . When we came the first time lease office said contract is one year after six months they called us and we signed again for six more months. Ten times call to mentions numbers the didn’t come , But the mentions staff are nice and smart people. In the parking lots two times our vehicles parts were stolen. This complex not safe when we said lease office they mention call the police but we last our part of our vehicle midnight how do we know who stole .It does not have a security camera We have to live till end of contract hahahah it’s my review two days ago midnight my car towed its registered in this complex as it’s because I didn’t find parking I parked in one reserved empty parking. One thing more after six months the increased the rent too. Please think than lease thank you"

"the apartment complex itself is just horrible. every morning it smells like straight sewage, have dog owners leave their dog poop absolutely everywhere, people leave their garbage everywhere! it’s not a quiet place, you hear, music, cars, kids, ambulances, etc. because it’s on a busy street! you got homeless people bathing in their fountain water, pools are usually never open and dirty. potholes everywhere! they do have roaches and the pest control they have just sprays here and there. what i do give them credit for is they do attend to maintenance services in a timely manner. they overcharge for the most smallest apartment they have. and whoever they have painting can’t paint if their life even depended on it. paint absolutely everywhere on the floor."

"The property manager and the staff are hard workers. They are very helpful. When you need something fix it is fix right away. The property is very clean and nice. Super quiet place to live. We have a security guard walking around property every night to make sure we are safe. I would definitely recommend to live here!"
