"I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live at this money hungry place, the inside of our apartment was nice I’ll give them that. But the people there are dirty, throwing dirty diapers from the 3rd floor, letting dogs poop in the hallways, oh and don’t tell the office because they won’t do a dang thing, it’s like they come to work to sit at the desk and relax… anyway, don’t move here it’s plenty other nice places in the area."
"These are the most racist apartments I have ever lived in. If your not Hispanic they don’t honor they word. They keep switching apartment managers so nobody knows what’s going on in the office. The only apartment manager that I truly enjoyed was Omar. He was for the tenants and not for the greed that MAA is pushing into all the other property mangers. The water get shuts off once a month. It’s madness Go to Torrey Chase apartments very nice clean and up to date. They work with you and not against you."
"Absolutely love it here. My 3 months living here it’s been no problems besides the people letting there dogs poop near my patio and not cleaning it up. It’s very quiet over here and clean. Very nice leasing office staff."
"I can't speak highly enough of Annabell . The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, but Anabell was not only knowledgeable. She took the time to address all my questions and concerns during the tour. I left the complex feeling satisfied. If you're looking for a space to live, definitely recommended and ask for her."
