"First room had a bunch of sticky stuff on the couch and on the floor. It was disgusting . Who knows what it was. The hotel staff acted right and moved us. Hotel was basic. Smelled like cigarettes throughout the lobby and elevators. Breakfast was okay and coffee was average. Seems like people live in the hotel or they have family come in and eat before school. Probably will stay somewhere else next time."
"The air quality seemed to be low quality while I was there. It always had an odd smell and the temperature inside didn’t seem to be regulated very well. It was generally quiet. The rooms were decent and the room service was helpful. The front desk was excellent and I could tell they enjoyed their job."
"The front desk clerk Donetto has been really awesome! He definitely gets his own 5 stars from me! I called in for some information, and he was able to explain everything I asked him about. When I arrived at the hotel, he greeted me with a big smile and great customer service. The room was clean and nice. My daughter's have enjoyed their stay, and we will be back the next time we need a hotel room."
"SHOP AROUND BEFORE YOU BOOK!!! I booked 2 nights here, and it was $575. When I saw the hotel I canceled (because honestly the pictures online aren't accurate), I ended up going to the Home2suites and only paid $400. That's $175 LESS for a NICER place. If you wanna stay here, it's fine, but there are nicer hotels for way less money."
