The maintenance man assessed my tires provided the requested service and afterwards informed me of the upcoming maintenance I would need without pressuring me to make another appt with them or to buy their products. "Went in first thing Saturday morning to get a new battery installed. Told the worker that I had to jump start my car to get there and then I was told I had to make an appointment. Their earliest available appointment was at 11am so I took it. I got there on time and then was told that they could not install my battery there because of the battery location and it was "to time consuming"...seriously...."time consuming"... yet 3 other automotive workers were just sitting around in a little group chatting away."
