“This place is a gem, I can’t believe I’ve never been here. The cocktails are amazing, normal cocktail prices so it’s not cheap but if ya want cheaper cocktails you can go next door. The green drink is truly delicious, every single flavor mentioned in the drink description can actually be tasted in the drink. Literally, it’s a perfect description, sometimes they list ingredients and you can’t taste a thing, not with this drink. The Oh Yoko is boozy but not overwhelmingly so and the Ides of March is a grappa drink I can actually consume. I normally HATE GRAPPA, but the bartender called me out for talking smack about Grappa and told me to try this cocktail and to my surprise it was drinkable. Overall the prices are reasonable, the ambiance is nice for a date OR to just go on your own, the other customers at the bar were friendly and the bartender could banter with the best of them. Highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back again”

“It's great when a brewery still has that laid back vibe. So many today have become full on bars where it's loud and difficult to have a conversation. Lazarus has a great rotation of seasonal beers and they're definitely worth trying. From an entire Oktoberfest release to Christmas and winter beers. They also have an entire menu for food options. Don't forget about their breakfast, coffee & tea options too!”

“Another place I'm ashamed to admit that I've never been to, considering I'm an OG. I've driven past it my entire life.. literally, but have never stopped to check it out. My bad. It's a super cool bar that has live music every weekend. And the sweet bartender will make you whatever sweet and fruity cocktail you request. With whip cream on top. And a cherry or two. It's a great place to people watch, too. It's definitely one of my new favorites.”

“I think the service at Garrison is the best I’ve been served. The server took great care of our table. They kept checking to make sure we had all we need. They changed the silverware after each dish. The food came in smaller portion than some other restaurants but they were excellent. You can park in the Fairmont hotel’s garage.”

“An excellent place for kids attended for my son's friends birthday party . It was very organized and extremely fun for everyone, adults and children both even though we had a very large group. At least 2 large rooms for Nerf gun battles, large arcades, party rooms for dining.”

“Where do I begin? We celebrated my son’s 2nd birthday this past Saturday at Pikopyes and he had a great time! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was ready for our guests and stress free for us. From the initial email when I booked the reservation to getting everything ready/packed for us to take home once the party ended I can’t think of anything I would change if we were to have the event all over. Everyone enjoyed themselves and kept mentioning to us how friendly, professional and helpful the staff was. When they say that birthday parties are their specialty they are not lying! “Absolutely love Sloan + Parker. I’ll admit that I’m pretty easy to please in the wine department, but I really do love all the wines I’ve tried! I appreciate that the wine list is ever changing and that the employees all do an amazing job with recommendations and descriptions. There is also a pretty large price range so you’re able to choose a glass based on how much you’d like to spend, which is great for their range of customers. Now about the decor/atmosphere: I’d like to have my home designed to look similar to S+P. It’s fun and new and modern but elegant and sophisticated at the same time. I wouldn’t change a thing! My favorite time to go is on a chilly evening. I love to be curled up by the fire on the patio with blankets (provided by S+P) and a big glass of cab with live music playing in the background. Come on! That’s heaven! Do yourself a favor and follow them on Facebook. They host great events, my favorite being Sip In SWEATS. You will not be disappointed!”

“One of the only coffee shops I’ve found in Austin that has heavy cream! ♥️ I do not understand coffee shops that do not have heavy cream, but have every alternative “milk”. The lady that took our order was so kind, polite, and had a warm smile. Lastly, the coffee was delicious! I got a cortado with heavy cream, honey, and cinnamon. Will be back!!”

“Such a great vibe, it was a little cold tonight so there weren't that many people but we still had a great time. The Paris Texas tastes great, and they have 512 pecan porter which is hard to find around town but such a great beer if you like a flavorful easy to drink porter”

“Nice place to chill and they have events too! You can feel the Austin vibe as soon as you walk in. Indoor/Outdoor seating with a patio too. Inside they have a coffee/tea/alcohol bar. VERY unique drinks no matter what you're looking for (see pics). My friends and I each got a specialty coffee and one of my friends got the Pecan Whiskey. I'm not a whiskey fan so I didn't try it. She LOVED it though and highly recommends it. All of our coffees were on point. The staff are super helpful and very friendly. I will definitely be going here again!”

“One of my favorite places. every food/drink I've ever tried has been good here (and the Hyde Park location). Good service. I recently checked out their DJ night and the whole Soundspace area and bar is also very cool. There was a little back area outside too with a vendors market. Great vibes”

“LOVE THIS PLACE! Very friendly and welcoming owner who helped us first-timers order. We got the mixed meat platter and everything came out exactly as imagined! The pita bread was hot and baked so well and the meat was seasoned perfectly and tasted wonderful. It’s unlike anything else I’ve tried especially with the paprika sauce. Salad was also great too! Would definitely come back!”

“First visit today. Hopefully not my last, even though I am rarely in this part of the state. Party of 5 for lunch. I had the special of salmon cakes with fried green tomatoes, topped with red pepper and arugula and remoulade that was the best I've ever had. We shared the chunky layered guacamole queso, and OH my goodness!!! We devoured it. Prompt, friendly service. Other meals at the table were pork tenderloin medallions, fried pork chop (biggest I have ever seen), spicy chicken sandwich, and crab stuffed chicken. Portions were large and everyone loved their choices. I think you can't go wrong here!”

“Great place for brunch, lunch or dinner! This Cajun loving Texas girl loves the food here. The gumbo is very good, The chicken fried steak is fork tender with the perfect amount of Andouille sausage gravy. I absolutely loved also, the pancakes with the pecans!”
