"Ordered the same Frappe I always get. This time it was bitter. Usually I just drink it but it seemed like they forgot to add the sugar. That’s fine, went back and asked them to remake it. While they did remake it they purposely added too much sugar. I heard someone say “add extra so he can feel it”. i definitely felt it as it seemed like they added the entire syrup bottle in the drink. the drink was once again undrinkable and I wasted money. Ended up just throwing it away at that point.Just wanted a normal frappe…"

"Gave this location 3 tries thinking it would be different first time order hot coffee received it cold do you guys use timers??? Couldn’t take it back was on my way to work….Next time waited in drive thur for over 10 minutes so I park go inside you have the cashier holding a long conversation with customers in front of me waited another 10 mins so when it was my turn ask the cashier if she can put a rush on my drink please waited so long she told me no this location pick and choose who receives customer service you have to be a regular customer to receive good customer service at this location"

"I usually get a custom made Venti White Chocolate mocha and I’ve come to notice a distinct taste to my coffee because whoever made it before always made it to perfection. But these last few times has been anywhere but perfect. It’s like drinking a regular cup of coffee with generic creamer added to it. Normally it’s sweet and I’ll sit there wanting more and more but for the last few times I’ve had my favorite drink it just tastes like they’ve been giving me a regular coffee. Hopefully it’s just because they got someone new on the machine and not being lazy. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt but if this keeps up I may have to switch to a different location that does it right"

"This Starbucks is a nice addition to the area, and it is one of the nicest locations in the southern parts of Houston/Pearland area. The outdoor seating is very nice with optional styles between those who may want to study or work and those who want to enjoy a group meet-up. The inside is very spacious as well. Only disadvantage of this location is the limited power supply for those who may want to do some mobile work. There are no power outlets outside and only one inside. Also this location does not sell merchandise such as tumblers or bags of coffee. On the plus side, over all the staff is pretty friendly. One or two may seem like transplants from your old independent shops where customer engagement is not enjoyed. The service is quick and they do their best to get your order correct. I usually stop in and enjoy a drink on Tuesdays when I am in the area."
