"Worst agent ever. I had been with Nationwide for years. I only met him once - the very first day we signed up - because he is NEVER there. Any changes we made to the policy were handled by whoever happened to be in the office or over the phone with Nationwide customer service. With that being said, I call him AND emailed him telling him I want to cancel (he has the gall to ask me consider him the next time I renew my policy with my new company). Two weeks later I wake up to find that I've overdrafted because he didn't cancel my policy. I went into the office for an explanation and he wasn't there -big surprise. I told his secretary I wanted a callback from him today and he has yet to call me back. Nationwide as a company has been good to me but I recommend you find another agent if you want to do business with Nationwide."
