They even discovered that the dealership had installed the brakes improperly the last time and that was the reason I was getting the noise from the right rear. These Kia brakes had a dimple on the caliper. Additionally, they were able to get the parts cheaper and pushed that discount to me even though they had quoted me a higher price already.”

I guess due to the fact that it's not off a main road, or the stop and go rush hour cluster f$#k. But they usually have coupons avail and a conventional oil change can be done around $25 or less! And the guys here aren't pushy about everything you "need" or service they guilt you into, which i really appreciate.
